The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management within the University of Ulster has recently selected Maitre'D EPoS for their new training restaurant in the Belfast Campus. Formerly located at the Portrush Campus, the department has relocated to Belfast for the beginning of the Autumn 2008 term. 'The Academy' restaurant is staffed and managed by students as an integral part of their hospitality courses, preparing them for senior roles within the industry in the future.

Maitre'D point of sale was selected by the University to give the students the best start in their future roles as possible. As an international EPoS solution, Maitre'D is used by some of the world's most prestigious hospitality businesses, so students at the University of Ulster will gain practical and usable 'real world' skills.
