Hospitality I.T. are delighted to have installed their restaurant reservations system into the Boardwalk Bar & Grill, Cork.

A classic American Steakhouse, bar and RSVP Party Lounge, the Boardwalk has a superb location on Lapp's Quay, beside the River Lee in Cork.

With various dining options including private rooms, outside dining, and Cork's only Teppanyaki table, it is no surprise that they found the need to have a system to control their table bookings.

In addition to using the system to record table bookings and be able to easily view reservations on screen, restaurantdiary™ has been configured to automatically send out a text or email confirmation when bookings are placed, with a further reminder text being programmed for X number of hours prior to the booking.  With restaurantdiary™, the Boardwalk can then market out to past customers with special offers at any time in the future.
