hospitality i.t. - support

support_hours.jpgHospitality I.T. has grown rapidly over the last few years, largely due to the support we deliver to our customers.

With many of our staff coming from a Food & Beverage background, we have a real-life knowledge and understanding of the businesses we sell our Maitre'D and GuestCentrix solutions into.

We provide FREE ongoing software training to all our support customers to make sure your investment in a top notch EPoS or PMS continues to deliver results long into the future.

Support is mostly delivered over the internet with every till and computer we supply being accessible by our support staff at all times. This allows us to quickly diagnose and resolve any issues with speed and ease, thus limiting any down-time for our customers.

To contact our support team, simply dial 028 9032 6622 from Northern Ireland or 1890 88 2345 from the Republic of Ireland, or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
