Hospitality I.T. have recently installed their Maitre'D EPoS system into The Rock City Diner, Downpatrick.

The restaurant has a traditional American diner theme, complete with jukebox and memorabilia, and offers a wide range of American food, serving everything from pancakes to burgers and steaks. Open daily from 9am until 10pm, 7 days a week, The Rock City Diner has an extensive menu, with speed of service being of great importance.

As owner, Cushla Flynn, is not in the business on a day to day basis, she was looking for a system that would offer reliability, an excellent level of support and the ability for accurate daily reporting so she can keep a close eye on business performance.
