Hospitality I.T. have recently installed MaitreD EPoS into The Original Roast Coffee Co. on the busy Lisburn Road in Belfast.
Owners, Paul & Ruth Morrissey, selected MaitreD to ensure their customers got first class service and the business got first class performance. Using features like individual server reporting and staff time & attendance has allowed Roast to promote excellent customer service and keep an eye on their bottom line at the same time.
Orders now go directly to the appropriate printer whether coffees or food orders, allowing the counter staff to quickly process the orders and deliver the coffee fresh and hot every time!
The following was installed at The Original Roast Coffee Company:
- MaitreD Back Office software
- 2 x MaitreD Point of Sale licenses
- MaitreD Time & Attendance module
- Biometric Fingerprint Scanning for signing in and out
