Little Wing Pizzeria has just opened in Ann Street, Belfast with Maitre'D EPoS from Hospitality I.T.

A new chain of pizzeria has emerged on the Belfast scene... Little Wing Pizzeria is the latest extension to the Beannchor Group Portfolio, with the first site located in Ann St, Belfast, opening on 28th September.

With quirky decor and a comtemporary menu, Little Wing will shake up the traditional view of the pizzeria.  Opening daily from breakfast right through until late, Little Wing have a wide range of Napolitana style pizzas, pasta and salads, with specialities including an array of morning pizzas.

The Ann Street location is the first to be opened, with a swift roll-out of the chain across Ireland, both North and South, planned over the coming weeks and months.  Hospitality I.T. were pleased to be the chosen EPoS provider using the Maitre'D solution, with its Head Office functionality enabling both site and global programming changes, and full Head Office reporting for accurate and timely figures and analysis.

Little Wing Ann St has two point of sale terminals, one which is wall-mounted, in addition to kitchen printing.  Further sites are scheduled to open pre-Christmas, when the Maitre'D Head Office module 'eGlobal' will be fully utilised.
