Hospitality I.T. are delighted to have been chosen as the new till supplier for The Hungry Monk, located in Greystones, Co Wicklow.
This highly regarded venue is an intimate family-run restaurant specialising in fresh seafood in the summer, and wild game in the winter months. The Hungry Monk is well known in the Dublin area and has received a number of awards over the years, most recently being awarded winner of 2008 Best Value Meal.
Proprietor, Pat Keown, was keen to get a reliable EPoS solution that would provide him with valuable management information, and will be utilising the Stock Control functionality not only for the tracking of food costs, but to keep on top of his extensive wine collection - quite a feat with well over 600 wines on the menu!
