GuestCentrix offers a specialised module simplifies the management of group reservations - extensive functionality with Group Master holding all main details and default member billing instructions.

You can hold a profile of rooms ahead of a rooming list coming available, with members being able to arrive and depart on different days to the group and flexibility for guests to be linked or detached from a group as required. Group members can be entered or changed individually, or processed in bulk to speed up data entry.

There is the option for group or individual check-in and check-out, with accommodation able to be billed to individual members, the group or a mixture of both.

Full scheduling capability – system will hold information on expected check-in time, dining arrangements and timing, and excursion details.
