You can create unlimited rates & packages, post charges to an unlimited number of transaction codes, use weekly and monthly posting options, create multiple validity periods and specify rates by room type during each period. Each rate can have multiple package components which can be posted to a folio as one item. Packages are broken down or ‘dissected’ to be automatically posted to financial statistics. You can then attach default reservation settings, contracted rates and default commission rates. Customised confirmations can be generated with a single mouse click and sent directly by email, fax or post using MS Office. Comprehensive document formats can be developed to include reservation information, text and graphics. Correspondence sent to a guest is then tracked by the system to support relationship marketing campaigns.

Comments field that can be set up to appear at pre-defined times eg upon check-in, charging to a folio – useful for ensuring receptionists are aware of a change in procedure, for example.
You can store multiple guest messages which can be quickly retrieved. You define the format of your messages and the audit trail feature allows you to retrieve old messages on demand.
Highly organised Housekeeping function enables you to assign rooms to individual attendants for cleaning, then print an appropriate room status report for individual attendants. It is simple to record a room as being cleaned, and possible to change room status through a telephone interace.
The End of Day procedure is simple to perform, and there is an easily configurable Back Office for quick & easy changes to rates & set-up. User-rights are restricted by password with historical tracking of changes by time & user.
Allotments feature provides over-booking control options that enable you to easily remove rooms from the free-sale pool. Create different room profiles for each day of the week, and as many date ranges and allotments as required.
